We live in a 70 year old house with a small garage. The spring broke last year and we finally decided to get it fixed. We had multiple issues with our garage door. Spoke with Jeremy late on Thursday night and they were out on Friday and not only did they fix the garage door, they secured our motor which had not been secured by the previous owner correctly. Jeremy easily could have recommended a new garage door but he fixed what we had and made it safe for our family, saving us $2,000. I had a spring break on my garage door and Jeremy was at my house within 15 minutes of reaching out because he was nearby and in between appointments. Polite and efficient...the entire repair took about 20 minutes. Highly recommend Gateway Garage Door Service!

I can’t recommend Gateway Garage Doors enough! The customer service and quality of work is top notch! I had an emergency recently where my garage door got jammed with both cars inside. I called Gateway at 7:00 pm and told them my situation and that I needed to be able to get the cars out the next morning. That came out that evening and did an amazing job. I recommend them highly!!

A+ experience! As a potential customer reading reviews you probably wanna know if Jeremy's customer service is good, the product and prices even better, and is he easy to work with? For me the answers are: Yes! Yes!! Yes!!! He's a sweetie-pie and very pleasant to work with. Not to mention knowledgeable, quick, fast, and efficient with his installs. This is key - he even cleans up the worksite after he's done!! Every time I've called Jeremy, he's answered. My sensors got off kilter a couple months after install and he guided me through. I even called some months later to inquire about possibly purchasing a garage screen door. Jeremy took that call too and walked me through some considerations. He even gave me some referrals for other work I needed done around the house. The 5-stars is real! Jeremy honestly earns (and deserves!) every one of 'em. We woke up to a broken garage door spring and without hesitation we reached out to Gateway based on several satisfied customers and recommendations received in our local online community. An email and a message through social media and they weee able to fit us in their busy schedule without a problem. The service was professional, the price was fair and the work was excellent. We would highly recommend and will use them next time we need anything done with our garage door.
Hands down 5 stars! Our teenager drove into the garage door which left it badly damaged - crooked and stuck open! Based on the 5 star reviews I called Gateway. Jeremy answered professionally, said he was in the area working a job and could get to me next. I had no hope for an affordable fix. The door was completely off track and the metal track was twisted badly. Jeremy showed up, swiftly jumped out of his truck, came to the door with ladder and parts in hand. I am amazed at what he did to fix it. He saved me from replacing any panels and got everything back on track within an hour! Best part is that Gateway was priced fair and reasonable. You have a customer for life, thank you!!

I'd give them 10 stars if I could! This is the second time they've come out for us. First time our spring broke and they fixed it fast within the day! This second time 2 days before Hurricane Milton is supposed to make landfall they came and fixed/rewound wires(I think it was wires lol). They came within a couple hours of being called! Extremely polite and knowledgeable.

Best garage door repairman ever! I accidentally reversed my car into the door and contacted over 10 companies. Three of them came by and all said I had to replace the panel, quoting over $1,000. Then I reached out to Gateway. He assured me it was repairable without needing a new panel. In less than 30 minutes, he fixed it and charged only $100. The result is almost perfect. Go with this guy for your garage door repairs—large companies just want to take as much money as they can. Hiring him will save you money.

Exceptional Customer Service!! My house is 20 years old and right at the point that many things have to be replaced. I have had a hard time finding quality contractors. That was not the case with Gateway. When I contacted Jeremy it was 1:30 pm. He arrived at 3:30 fixed my broken spring,added new rollers and gave me a discount on a replacement for my 20 year old opener. The job was completed at 5:00 pm. He even cleaned up.

Jeremy Santo Domingo sole proprietor of Gateway Garage Door Services came to my house yesterday to replace a broken garage door torsion spring. His newly formed business is destined for success. I was fascinated by his thorough knowledge of the components that make up the garage door. He quickly assessed what was wrong with my 22 year old garage door built with extra horizontal struts to comply with Dade County hurricane standards.He replaced the broken steel wire coiled torsion spring with a more robust one that is estimated to last 10,00 cycles.The torsion tube was damaged with the diameter being reduced & brittle. He pointed out the 10 long stem rollers were compromised & I asked him to replace them with new ones along with the two Top bearing plates & 7 foot stranded wire wheel cable wires on both sides of the garage door. He did not forcefully suggest that I replace all these components but made me aware of their deteriorated condition & it was my decision to replace them.Watching him work was enjoyable as he moved quickly replacing the various components that we’re required. I want to say that I am not related to Jeremy & he did not pay me to write my positive review. When you need your garage door fixed, please call Jeremy. I can assure you he will fix it correctly. Garage came off the tracks and end up bending a little bit. I was worried I would be a situation where I'd not only need to pay for the spring/track repair, but also purchase a new door. He replaced our opener in November. It started giving us issues this week I attempted to fix it because I thought it was a sensor alignment issue it was not.
